The Process

  • Initial Consultation to discuss needs and expectations.

  • Detailed job description prepared and approved by the client. 

  • Nanny completes a detailed application form the client will be able to see before meeting the nanny. 

  • If a candidate meets our requirements we will set up an initial phone interview

  • Minimum of two face to face interviews

  • References checked and sent to clients. We ask for 3 child care related references from all our nannies. Parents are also encouraged to check references as sometimes previous parents feel more comfortable talking to another parent.

  • Thorough and detailed background check including a national screen, county searches, and social security verification.

  • Candidates are presented to the client and guidance is provided throughout client/candidate interviews - we have a unique approach that guarantees the perfect match.

  • Nanny and family interviews set up

  • Job offer - we help negotiate pay and job terms, making sure everything is covered in our custom made work agreement.

  • Final paperwork completed

  • Payment is made to the agency on the day the nanny starts.
